The boots are very comfortable and worth well more than the $20 they're selling for! However this review is mainly for the seller, J. Marcel Shoes. I bought another pair of boots by Franco Sarto from this seller and the boots sent to me differed slightly in style from the photo. Owner Dixie J. Marcel explained that the boots are listed by SKU number which didn't come up as a different style, and she apologized for the unexpected boot, refunding some of my purchase price! I've bought literally hundreds of items off Amazon and this is the BEST SELLER I've ever come across: conscienscious, customer-oriented and diplomatic!! Try to buy your shoes from this seller if you can--and expect the best online service EVER!
